Howard Nutt, Phoenix, AZ
Mr. Nutt is Executive Director and Chairman of the BD-Institute Board of Directors. He has more than 25 years of experience in business development and led development of the
BD-CMM. In addition, he helped organize and is a charter member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Vicki Griesinger, Ashland, OR
Ms. Griesinger serves as Director of Operations for the BD-Institute. She has been a business development professional for more than 25 years, specializing in strategy and competitive intelligence. She is an active professional in proposal management, competitive intelligence, human resource management, and technology.

Miles Shepherd, Salisbury, UK
Mr. Shepherd leads the BD-Institutes international initiatives as Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He joined the BD-Institute as an extension of a long career in project management, including service as President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Charlie Divine, Osage Beach, MO
Mr. Divine serves as Chairman of the BD-KnowledgeBase™ Working Group, the
BD-Institute's knowledge repository. He is also a Certified BD-CMM Appraiser, having retired from SBC Communications (now part of AT&T) in 2000, where he directed their business development centers.
