		BD-CMM Curriculum Train-the-Trainer Program The BD-Institute's train-the-trainer program allows corporations to train and certify qualified personnel to deliver the BD-Institute's BD-CMM curriculum. This gives them a way to build and leverage internal talent and the flexibility to administer BD-CMM training without external constraints: Trained to Deliver the BD-Institute's BD-CMM Workshops. Qualified individuals deliver the "Orientation to BD-CMM Concepts and Implementation" and/or "Introduction to the CMM® for Business Development" workshops. Licensed to Provide BD-CMM Training. Corporations have unlimited rights to deliver BD-CMM training within their corporations, and Approved Providers may include BD-CMM training within their portfolios. Flexible Business Arrangements. Licensing agreements may be made based on royalties per workshop or fees per participant workshop set. Overview Training and certifying BD-CMM trainers involves a rigorous process that includes participation, training, observation, and continuing support: Candidate trainers meet requirements for qualification as trainers and have participated in the workshop(s) for which they want to be certified. The BD-Institute provides training in workshop management and facilitation through a combination of discussion, observation, demonstration, and feedback on workshop leadership performance. Experienced BD-Institute trainers observe, critique, and share lessons learned with candidate trainers as part of their initial delivery of the workshop(s).
